Designs can be made for 120 sqm to 400 sqm with your budget in mind. These designs include working drawings for Houses, Duplexes, House Raising, Granny flats, Narrow Blocks.

Energy Efficiency is in incorporated to all of these designs and the positioning of new residence on the block.  The positioning of the house on the block can give a better energy rating.
